With native DSD, flexible resampling, simultaneous balanced and single-ended outputs, and a powerful discrete headphone amp, VERSE adapts seamlessly to any system—revealing your music with clarity, precision, and soul.
Core DAC Architecture
· Uses LAiV’s proprietary balanced discrete R2R ladder DAC.
· Built for tonal accuracy, stable imaging, and natural musical flow.
· Employs 0.05% tolerance resistors for high precision and low distortion.
Connectivity & Format Support
· Compact chassis with full digital input suite.
· Supports PCM up to 768 kHz and DSD256.
· Designed for both modern and legacy digital sources.
Digital Playback Control
Two DSD Modes:
DSD Native (True 1-bit)
· Plays DSD without PCM conversion.
· Maximum authenticity and purity.
· May produce brief pops when switching sample rates.
DSD Multibit
· Converts DSD to multibit for stability.
· Smooth transitions between mixed-rate tracks.
· Ideal for everyday listening and playlists.
Sampling Rate Converter (SRC)
· PCM resampling: 1×, 2×, 4×, 8×, 16× (up to 768/705.6 kHz).
· DSD resampling (Native mode only): DSD64 ? DSD512.
· Allows instant switching to tailor sonic presentation.
Analog Output Stage

· Low output impedance for optimal signal transfer.
· Maintains fidelity over long cable runs.
